Hey there, aspiring digital Nnomad.
Thank you for visiting my blog!
Are you ready to ditch the 9-5 grind and unlock the secret to earning online without a job, product, or service?
I have to admit this month was a month full of zeros. Not one of my leads converted. So naturally, I wanted answers. I submitted my Facebook lead ad, funnels, and follow-up email sequences for feedback to the team. As a member of Internet Profit Accelerator, I am so lucky to have expert guidance to help me along my journey to success.
This was the feedback I received:
“Your word choice, pictures, hooks, and headlines for your Facebook lead ad are not resonating with your target audience. You need to adjust the wording to hit their pain points and desires. If you get this wrong, then you will bring in the wrong people, and no matter what you put in front of them, they will not open their wallets.”
In my Facebook Lead Ad I am promoting Deans book, The Iceberg Effect. This isn’t just a book; it’s a roadmap to success, revealing how Dean transitioned from a monotonous 9 to 5 grind and crippling debt, to earning thousands of dollars per day online!
Seems like a no-brainer, right? Pay $7.00 dollars for shipping and handling to unlock the secrets to making thousands per day. But my ad and its message were not attracting the right person, it was not converting.
The lesson learned is that to be successful at converting leads into customers in affiliate marketing, it’s about understanding your customers, their needs, and their pain points, and delivering content that solves their problems and hits on their desires, in a language that speaks to them.
With the right message that is targeted correctly, the page will convert.
The advice I received is to tweak the ad to focus on how the product I am promoting solves my customer’s pain points and gives them what they desire. I have tweaked the ad to show my target customers what results they will achieve, and what transformation will be obtained.
I am so glad I had the team to help because I had no idea my ad was the issue. This ad was meeting my click rate and cost per lead targets, but for the past month, even though I generated hundreds of leads, not one converted into a sale. I believed it was my follow-up marketing and thought that was what needed work. Thankfully the expert guidance of the team has me back on track. I can’t wait to report to you next week on the results of this new ad.
Are you running ads? What is your conversion rate? Does any of the feedback I receive hit home? Please like and comment below, I would love to know where you are at on your journey, what successes you have had, and what lessons you have learned along the way.
